Delivery Manager

You lead the team to successfully deliver to stakeholder expectations. You are responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget and quality levers, managing dependencies, RAID’s within the team and across the organisation.

You guide and champion Agile and lean principles for achieving quality, adaptability, speed and alignment. You lead by example – a true servant leader, putting the needs of the team first and helping people develop and perform as highly as possible.

You manage people in the team, helping them to develop their careers so they realise their potential. You drive to successful outcomes, take personal ownership and accountability and look to continuously improve the way we work. You also have specific responsibility to manage and develop the relationship with the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Informatics or relevant industry experience
• Excellent English both written and verbal
• SCRUM Master Certification

Experience

• 2+ years experience working as a SCRUM Master, Agile Project Manager or Iteration Manager
• 3+ years experience working in any other role within an agile development team
