Delivery Manager

You partner up with the client to lead the team to successfully deliver to stakeholder expectations.  Collaboration and adaptability are your strong skills.

You support and help the evolution of the Agile and lean principles for achieving quality, adaptability, speed and alignment. You lead by example – a true servant leader, putting the needs of the team first and helping people develop and perform as highly as possible.

You manage people in the team, helping them to develop their careers so they realize their potential. You drive to successful outcomes, take personal ownership and accountability and look to continuously improve the way we work. You also have specific responsibility to manage and develop the relationship with the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Informatics or relevant industry experience
• Excellent English both written and verbal
• SCRUM Master Certification

Experience

• 2+ years experience working as a SCRUM Master, Agile Project Manager or Iteration Manager
• 3+ years experience working in any other role within an agile development team
