HR and Admin Manager

At our company, we believe our people are our greatest strength — their ideas, energy, and dedication drive everything we do. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and people-first HR Manager to help us create an environment where our team can thrive.

This is not just a policy-driven role — it’s about building trust, fostering growth, and making sure every person feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. You’ll play a key part in shaping our culture, supporting our leaders, and ensuring our people practices are not only compliant but meaningful and engaging.

We see this role as crucial to our ongoing success — because when our people succeed, our business succeeds.

Additionally, the role involves managing office administration, facilities, legal compliance (GDPR, labor law), health and safety, and supporting company-wide operations.
