- Build an understanding of your existing domain and legacy products, as well as the key dependencies you have.

Our next steps will be to:
- Create a high-level design for the architecture required, including UI and UX
- Recommend the system and solution required – for example, depending on whether it’s public or private cloud – while keeping security top of mind
- Create a detailed delivery plan that will include major milestones, a team plan and structure, KPIs and a process and governance model.
Step 03
Build
Build
During this initial phase, we will be:
- Executing the delivery plan as outlined above
- Working in close partnership with you, according to agile principles, in short sprints with regular testing, reviews and full transparency
- Using a microservices (as opposed to monolithic) approach, which will allow for improved scalability, flexibility, resilience, development speed and maintainability.
