After completing Damilah’s Graduate Program, I transitioned into my role as an Associate Software Engineer. The program gave me a strong foundation in programming and the opportunity to collaborate with an incredible group of peers on real project milestones. What I appreciate most about this company is the supportive environment—it’s a place where asking questions is encouraged, and learning from mistakes is part of the journey. Every day at Damilah brings new challenges and learning opportunities that push me beyond my comfort zone—and with each one, I feel more confident, capable, and excited about the impact I can make.
