Challenges with mature systems

Common issues we see with systems on older platforms:

  • Older tech stacks are more prone to security vulnerabilities when they’re no longer supported or regularly updated.
  • Developers with experience in older technologies are harder to find.
  • Adding new AI-enabled features becomes cumbersome.

These challenges not only make a platform less effective to serve its customers – it also makes it less attractive for investors, as time to value is slower. Damilah’s years of expertise in modernising products makes replatforming more affordable, accessible and faster.

“I’ve felt confident in the technical direction and the quality of delivery throughout.“

Our approach to replatforming

Why work with Damilah for your product modernisation:

  • Our multi-agent platform, DMAP, gives you real-time visibility into cost, compliance and progress across every stage of the migration.
  • Every release is checked against byte-level contract tests, so behaviour is proven to be identical before anything goes live – your customers won’t know a migration has happened.
  • In your detailed delivery plan, we go beyond standard KPIs, team structure and governance – we make recommendations for the future.
  • Our engineers and consultants work with your engineers as colleagues in the same team, working to agile principles and understanding your business goals.
