My role as a Product Owner is driven by analytical curiosity—exploring uncharted areas, spotting patterns, and continuously improving processes and products. What I love most about working at Damilah is the incredible team. Huge credit to our recruitment team for bringing in such bright, hardworking, and genuinely interesting people. The most exciting part of my role is tackling what I call a “spaghetti problem”—those complex, tangled challenges that require patience, creativity, and problem-solving to unravel and find the best solution.
